Clinic Assistant
We are currently interviewing qualified candidates to join our team.
Looking for someone with MUST HAVES to:
- Answer many phone calls on a multi-line system.
- Be confident making health decisions for other people.
- Communicate a variety of accurate and complete messages to any and all team members.
- Update schedules.
- Accurately file records-know the alphabet well.
- Obtain and/or pull medical records.
- Understand current records and determine whether you need to request additional GI records for upcoming appointments.
- Smiley, pleasant, warm, friendly attitude.
- Enjoy working with people.
Helpful to know: Windows 7, MS Office 2010, other computer knowledge.
